This depends on how many employees you want to include and how many topics you want to cover. We can run an all day training course or a half-day course, or the same course for smaller groups over a series of days all depending on the size of your organisation and what you want to achieve.
We will speak with you at the outset to establish your goals and estimate the best set up, timing and duration for your training program.
- How many employees can attend at once?
This all depends on your goals and objectives we can work with large groups and provide a broad conference style presentation. Alternatively we can work with smaller groups and provide a more intimate training experience with more case studies, role plays and interaction from trainees.
- Who else have you worked with, what’s your track record?
We have worked with a wide range of companies including a large retail chain owned by an ASX listed company, a medium sized international conferencing company, local Councils, and not for profit organisations.
- What makes you different from other training providers?
We don’t roll out a one size fits all approach program. We work hard to do our research, to know your industry, your organisation, the challenges you face and how to integrate that into our program to ensure we speak your language and make the training as relevant as possible.
- What type of practical tools do you provide trainees?
When we provide training in anti bullying or having hard conversations we use case studies to demonstrate these scenarios and then work with trainees to brainstorm ideas and then hold role plays so trainees are actively involved and practicing the skills rather than just listening and reading the content. Practice makes perfect and it is far easier for trainees to use the skills in the workplace once they have practiced them several times in the training room. For example Managers can practice formulating and providing constructive performance reviews or feedback without demoralising staff.
